• Review: Bound in Brass All Steamed Up Series, Book Two

I hadn't read the first book in the series (Infernal Devices) which details how Wallace (Horace's brother) and Permilia (dear lord where do these names come from?) met and found happiness together. In some ways I think that was a handicap as Barnette...

  • Review: Hot as Hades

This was amusing, sexy and damn if Hades wasn't wickedly awesome. I like Rai's take on the whole Persephone/Hades romance--and the rather irreverent tone she took when dealing with the other gods. Persephone too was delightful--stubborn and winsome, I...

  • Review: The Seeking Kiss Midnight Playground, Book 1

As I read the first chapter of this mini book, I was completely sucked in. I became extremely intrigued about how the book would go and whom the main character will meet. From the beginning of the very first page, I knew it was about vampires and their...

  • Review: Moon of Sacrifice Roadside Warriors Series, #2

First of all, the genre shouldn't really be under shapeshifters. Although that is an aspect, it is more of a sidenote rather than a main subject. "Moon of Sacrifice" leans more toward Science Fiction and considering our heroine is an alien, well, you...

  • Review: Divertissement

First I would like to say that before this I have not read anything by Miss OH, and this will not be the last. I love her style of writing and if any of her other works are half as enjoyable as this story it will have been worth the wait. John wanted...

  • Review: The Mechanic Working Stiffs, #3

I enjoyed reading this book. It was just long enough to get the point of the story across. I wanted to be the one with the broken car. The main character Mike is a very strong character with the personality to prove it. Alyssa always thought she was strong...

  • Review: Guilty Pleasures Pleasures Series

Guilty Pleasures was a really good read. It is written differently than the other pleasure books but not too differently. It focuses on five different people, only one of them a new character. It is really great to get to interact with the same characters...
