Bought is a fun and hot read with unpredictability and some action. It had me guessing on what would happen next. The characters of Roni and John are both into BDSM and are well matched as well as well written. I really enjoyed them and they made this story.
The sex is explicit and frequent, but not overly so. It is part of the story line and draws the reader in. I enjoyed the interaction between all the characters and how things happened.
Roni has put herself up for Auction for a good cause. To let bidders know that she is submission she wears an identification pin. As part of the process she chats up men with triangles on their chests. The triangle indicates they are dominants. She talks to a few people and runs into John Taylor. She is intrigued and drawn to him even though he doesn't seem to have a pin. She doesn't really get to talk to him before auction starts. John ends up bidding on her and wins.
