I started this book a bit apprehensive and not sure exactly what I was going to be reading. I’ve read bondage before, but the best bondage erotica for 2012 left me guessing and full of wonderment. In the foreword I realized that this book was realistic. “Many tales will set you on fire. Some may be les to your taste.” This was not intended to be a one size fits all type of book which raised my interest level. Better still; various ways of bondage were going to be explored. The cover shows a woman in charge and indeed, there are some stories within this book that have that scenario. Others have a man in charge of the play. What I found even more interesting is that some have only one person in the scene and they are alright with that. Besides a couple of solo players, there is almost every combination you can imagine, two men, two women, one of each and more. Even the types of bondage have some diversity with handcuffs and rope and clothes and ….use your imagination. In most, safety is stressed. What would happen without a safe word or without someone to release you? Twenty one authors with twenty one stories make up this book. Each author’s style is highlighted enough to intrigue the reader. The stories are around 9 pages each which give you enough time to have your interest peaked. Of course, not all stories will have the same reaction but some may have you wondering what else this author has written. There were some stories I liked better than others, as I was warned in the foreword. I liked the woman’s story that started this book. That she could take charge of her own needs and made sure she could reach the key to the handcuffs she choose to play with. I enjoyed the bit of voyagerism between friends while playing on a balcony. Yes, there were several stories that definitely hit the mark for me. While there were some stories I didn’t like as well, it was due to personal taste rather than how well they were written. For these stories are written exceptionally well. If you’re looking to find some awesome authors, check this book out. If you’re wanting to read some hot bondage, this is the book you want. If you’re to explore this genre, this is your book. I found myself learning new things and enjoying old. These authors truly give you some of the best bondage erotica in 2012.
