S. L. Carpenter and Sahara Kelly are one fantastic writing team. They bring a humor and sensual rhythm to their story that I haven’t found anywhere else. They have the charm and familiarity of an old married couple and the raw sex appeal of brand new lovers. There is just something so real about the characters they bring to life and the settings they place them in. I’m a sucker for old Louisiana architecture and when you add in some ghosts and a romantic legend it was a given I was going to read this one. But this was even better than I was expecting, I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t stop reading. Louis and Cory are fated for one another and it was wonderful to ride along on their adventure. This story definitely lived up to the high expectations I had for it and I suggest this one is a must-read for those who enjoy a healthy dose of humor with their erotic romance.
