My Father

I'll start by saying this story took about ten minutes to read. I think My Father, which is written entirely in narrative, belongs in the blog-post category rather than existing as a short story. With that said, My Father hastily chronicles the first time the writer felt a real connection to his father. (The writer was twenty-one.)
